Dr. Swarnabh Bhattacharya is a Postdoctoral researcher in the lab of Prof. Ramesh A. Shivdasani at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA. He commenced his scientific journey with a Master’s in Biotechnology from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India, then progressed to a Ph.D. at the Technion-IIT, Haifa, Israel under Dr. Ruby Shalom-Feuerstein, specializing in microRNA and the biophysical regulation of corneal epithelial stem cells. Since 2021, Dr. Bhattacharya has been exploring the transcriptional and chromatin dynamics that dictate cell fate in the intestinal epithelium.
