Shicong (Mimi) Xie, Ph.D., is a post-doctoral scholar in Jan Skotheim's group at the Department of Biology in Stanford University. She is interested in combining the power of intravital imaging and computational image analysis to quantitatively understand the mechanisms that control the variability of stem cell growth and cell cycle progression in adult tissues.
