Philipp Kramer received his PhD in Biology at the Freie Universität Berlin. After being awarded his PhD, he conducted stem cell research during his postdoctoral training at the University of Texas, followed by another fellowship at the Wellcome Trust Centre for Human Genetics in Oxford. In 2016, Philipp joined the Research & Development Team at STEMCELL Technologies and has successfully launched the STEMdiff™ Intestinal and Kidney Organoid Kits. Currently, Philipp leads the Pulmonary Team, providing solutions for generating, expanding, and differentiating human tissue-derived stem cells and human pluripotent stem cells required for respiratory disease modelling, drug discovery and toxicity testing.
