Christine L. Trautmann is a PhD candidate in the laboratory of Prof. Ori Bar-Nur at ETH Zürich, Switzerland. Christine received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Molecular Biotechnology at the University of Heidelberg, Germany. With a keen interest in stem cells, her PhD project focusses on muscle stem cells and cultivated meat, aiming to have a better understanding of bovine myogenesis and advance sustainable protein sources.
