TreeFrog Therapeutics, France
Joffrey first studied molecular and cellular biology at Lille University (MSc) and specialized in genetic engineering and stem cell biology. He first joined the MRC Harwell Institute, UK, where he implemented the CRISPR/Cas9 technology to generate bespoke transgenic mice and lead the mouse embryonic stem cell lab. He then pursued his academic career with a PhD from Montpellier University, France, focusing on developing an in-vitro model of airway epithelium obtained from human iPSC differentiation, as well as genetic engineering strategies to recapitulate or correct congenital mutations in this in-vitro model. Following his PhD, Joffrey joined Treefrog Therapeutics in 2021 and now leads the iPSC Research team focusing on the characterization and optimization of iPSC culture in C-StemTM.
