Biochemical Engineer with experience in cell therapy globally, managing teams developing innovative bioprocess and analytical solutions for the scalable and affordable manufacture of cell therapies, at the likes of CCRM (CA), Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult (UK), Cellectis (FR), Procella Tx and Alder Tx (SE). He was involved in the generation of induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) lines in GMP, and on the design of GMP facilities. His strategic focus is to build agile teams to de-risk the product cycle from early world-class scientific discovery to commercial manufacture having the end product in mind since the start. Ricardo was a post-doctoral reseracher at Peter Zandstra Bioengineering Lab (CA).
