Qiaoling Zhu, PhD

Qiaoling Zhu is a PhD candidate at Tongji University, Shanghai, China. She received her BS in Applied Biological Science from Anhui Normal University, Wuhu, China in 2015. She is pursuing a PhD in stem cell biology under the supervision of Dr. Rui Yue at Tongji University. Her main research interest is skeletal stem cells, with a particular focus on the identification and regulation of skeletal stem and progenitor cells in the articular cartilage. She hopes to find new stem cell-based therapy for patients suffering from osteoarthritis after articular cartilage injury.
